I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated my visit yesterday and all your warm, friendly and very professional attitudes. Going to have dental work done is always a bit of an anxious experience for me, lots of bad childhood memories still effect me. While lying in the chair I had plenty of time to observe how you, Gus, and your assistant worked together (I missed his name but like him!). I was impressed at how smooth and effective you both were, and pleasantly surprised at how little discomfort was involved in the experience. I particularly noticed Gus how skilled you are at handling the needle when administering anesthetic and using the drill, really seemed to make for the very least amount of discomfort. I think this is very important for a number of reasons, partly because I have less pain and get quality dental care, but also because, for many patients like me, you are undoing years of bad experiences that effect us beyond your office (all those hours dreading (or postponing) going to the appointments). So what I'm saying is, you all perform a service beyond what you might think, psychological healing of a sort.
