Emergency Care
We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that
emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have
a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us
as early in the day as possible. Should you have an
emergency after hours or on weekends, our 24-hour
answering service can be reached by calling (408)
260-0200.
Privacy
In accordance with the new Federal HIPPA (Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) laws, we
will use and communicate your health information only
for the purpose of providing your treatment, obtaining
payment and conducting health care operations. Your
health information will not be used for any other
purpose unless we have asked for and been voluntarily
given your written permission.
